• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from bonus balance – wagering requirements must be met first

Taka King regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus offer has a specific wagering requirement (WR) – typically between 20x and 40x the bonus amount
• Wagering must generally be completed within 7 to 30 days from the date the bonus is credited
• A player may not claim the same bonus more than once
• Taka King reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be forfeited

All betting on Taka King must comply with the following rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled
• Taka King is not responsible for any losses resulting from internet connectivity issues during live betting
• If an event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded – except for bets that have already been cashed out
• If match-fixing or any other irregularity is suspected, the relevant bet may be suspended pending investigation
• Taka King reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error

Settlement Policy

All bet outcomes are determined based on official sources (e.g., official announcements from ICC, FIFA, or the relevant sports governing body). Taka King's result declarations are final and are not subject to review for general disputes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Taka King. If any such behavior is detected, your account may be suspended immediately:

• Creating an account using a false or someone else's identity
• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity
• Bonus Abuse or Bonus Hunting
• Hacking, manipulating, or exploiting bugs in game software
• Betting using automated scripts or bots
• Money laundering or any transaction involving illegal funds
• Misconduct toward other players or staff

Taka King reserves the right to suspend or close any account. This may occur under certain specific circumstances, including:

• In Case of Terms Violations
• If KYC verification fails or fraud is suspected
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months)
• When a player submits a self-exclusion request

Players may request to close their account at any time. In such cases, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be made available for withdrawal.
